Composites are a great choice for many reasons. Unlike traditional construction methods that have organic materials that decompose or rot overtime, composites are rot free, greatly lengthening the life of the product. Additionally, the strength-to-weight is incredibly high with composites. It also offers tremendous versatility in design.

We uniquely offer a truly customizable product. Not just in the sense of how you choose to outfit it, but also key sizes/dimensions of the camper itself. Our panels are made in house, right here in the USA and are made to be the toughest in the industry. Also, we’re a relatively small manufacturer without all the bureaucracy associated with large manufacturing, while still having 50 years of manufacturing experience and know-how.

Several dimensions of the shell can be customized. Because we laminate and cut our own panels in-house, we have much more flexibility than others. With that said, every custom design requires design time which adds expense. The other major constraint is how much waste is produced by certain size panels and how they “nest” with other parts of the build. For those reasons, we offer a few off-the-shelf models at a more economical price, while still offering custom sizes as well.
